Maria Isabel Colima Hotel, Colima

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious but lacked a fridge and a hair dryer. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The location was fantastic, right across the street from the University, although the presence of pigeons in the pool area was a bit off-putting. The dining experience was enjoyable with shabushabu available. The facilities met my needs but required calling the front desk for air pumping.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although basic in the morning, had everything I needed and even had balconies, which was a nice touch. However, it was a bit disappointing that the fridge was not available as promised.

The hotel is conveniently located just down the main avenue within easy walking distance, making it relaxing and fantastic. The rooms are quite bright at night and offer a different experience, but lacked a hair dryer and an iron. The service was exceptional, with all staff being very nice and helpful. The location seemed safe, albeit I didn't walk around at night. The dining experience included Korean dishes. The facilities were modern and convenient, catering to all needs.
